On the culinary side, the buffet is a true feast. Among the many choices, you will find a magnificent seafood display (oysters, langoustines, crab claws, shrimp…), refined appetizers like semi-cooked duck foie gras, a duo of smoked salmon, or semi-cooked tuna with two types of sesame. The hot dishes celebrate the holiday with, among others, duck breast à l’orange, grilled lamb chop, and a navarin of scallops and prawns. A dedicated children’s buffet (pizzas, fish & chips, crispy chicken…) is, of course, planned, before a parade of desserts including cheesecake, tiramisu, and a collection of New Year’s pastries.
A live music group will provide entertainment during dinner, from 6:30 PM to 11:00 PM. The evening will then continue at the MagicHall’Bar with a DJ set starting at 9:30 PM and lasting until 1:00 AM, so you can dance and celebrate the arrival of the new year!
